Optional crops of the images..

Changing the photographs to CMYK didn't change the brightness too drastically

 I also asked Sofia to take a photo of the backdrops so that this could be used for separate designs maybe for the signage and map where a photograph of a person wouldn't really work

 I do really like this crop! although it doesn't stick exactly to my designs it does work with the concept and does look bold.

 This crop is more likely to work better with the white block idea as to hold the information which would work well.

This is similar crop yet closer which I think would work better due to hiding the face behind the white block.
